As a lawyer I sit most of the day. I came to the martial arts looking to get in shape (got tired of the gym scene) and try something different. I had no idea I would fall in love with training. Marcos taught me to have fun and play while learning. I lost over 40 pounds and feel great. The atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. I've also met a great bunch of people. This place is awesome!
