DC Lightning Scientific Arnis provides training in Edged Weapons, Impact Weapons, Hand to Hand Combat, and Self Defense through the Lightning Combatives program. As a Filipino Martial arts program, the key focus is developing combat skills and high-stakes decision making under pressure.
The Lightning Combatives program focuses on these core weapon systems: Solo Baston (single stick), Doble Baston (double stick), Espada y Daga (stick and knife), Lanseta (knife), and Mano y mano (hand to hand).
Currently, classes are on Sundays at (Fighters Garage) 132 W Jefferson St, Falls Church VA 22046 and Wednesdays at (Mikido) 3443 Carlin Springs Rd, Falls Church, VA 22041
