Thomas does a great job of breaking down content for each student - helping them to learn at their own pace and in their own comfort levels while gently pushing them to take their understanding new levels. Beginning with a solid understanding in form and structure, you will also be quickly introduced to some of the practical application of traditional Cui family Yang Taijiquan.
