Programs & Class Schedule
We are a family-run Traditional Martial Arts school. Our Personal Touch helps our students Build Confidence and Focus. Our goal is on Sharp Martial Arts Skills with attention to: Good Health (Increased Strength, Coordination and Flexibility) and Mental & Physical Discipline. A Strong Body and a Strong Mind is key in Coping with Difficult Situations and Challenges.
We specialize in children, adult and family programs and believe in giving all our students individualized attention.
We are a certified location for KOGA. What’s KOGA? Well KOGA is Kickboxing & YOGA infused to create the Ultimate workout experience.
We are certified in F.A.S.T. Defense, which is Fear Adrenaline Stress Training. F.A.S.T. is incorporated into all our programs, which include Bully Defense and Anti Abduction. Our students learn to control a situation by controlling their own first natural reaction.
We are Certified National Security Alliance Field Agents in the:
* Kids Safe Network - Level 1 Agent
* Women's Safe Network - Level 2 Agent
We are very confident that our training can help increase an individual’s chances for survival and/or escape during a threatening situation as well as decreasing the potential for injury.
In the children's programs we put a special emphasis on life development skills. Our training goes far beyond just learning to kick and punch. It's about building a foundation for the future, one that can make a big difference in a child's life and whether he or she lives up to their full potential. To an adult it will reinforce and strengthen the existing potential as well as help to discover new ones.
