I teach an eclectic curriculum based in Wu Wei Gung Fu (a Wing Chun-derived style) and Filipino Martial Arts with a mix of things Eastern and Western, Classical and Modern I've picked up over several decades in odd parts of the world.
Beyond technique we study the psychology of aggression and predation, conflict resolution, strategy and tactics.
We strive to create an environment where every individual can express his or her own creativity in an evolving art that will suit their needs to advanced age.
