All of the instructors take their time with the students, adults and children alike. Students are taught proper form and technique, which is one of the reasons so many of the students do well when competing in tournaments. Family-friendly, non-aggresive approach.

I have enjoyed studying here for almost a year. I was 45 when I started. I have learned so much and the instructors are amazing. The class has a wide age range from youth to adult. One adult is 85 years old. ...amazing!! I have ended up bring my whole family here to learn self defense. I compared costs to other dojo’s and this is the most affordable training in the area. I highly recommend it.

I have been going here for about two and a half years and I have learned to focus, gained knowledge, improved technique and made some friends. I would high recommend this Dojo.

My boys have been students for over 2 years. During
