We offer traditional Karate and Kobudo along with Escrima ,Aki-Jujitsu and self-defense taught in a family friendly environment. At our school you will learn empty hand self-defense, defense against knives and other weapons and ground defense in addition to the traditional forms,techniques and stances of Karate.
You can also learn Okinawan weapons such as the Nunchaku, Sai, Bo,Kama and Tonfa, and even Escrima stick and knife fighting! Our instructor's have well over 100 years of combined experience! Classes are for anyone ages 6 and up. Please come check us out!
