If you are wanting to learn what really works in real situations then this is the only place to go. Sifu Barrow is very knowledgable and teaches in an easy to learn/easty to remember format. Whether you are wanting to just learn to protect yourself and your family or you want to learn an art, this is the only place that I would go.
Sifu Barrow is an excellent and extemely knowledgable instructor. I have tried several schools. His is the only one that teaches what works.
