Combat-Do is a mixed martial art that combines Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and kickboxing. Established in 1993, it was the first Mixed Martial Arts Academy.
The instructor is Master Bob Schirmer, a world-renowned instructor who has fought on five continents for four decades. He has represented the United States as both a fighter and a coach. His system is based on scientific principles applicable to all combat sports.
He teaches people of all ages, including senior citizens, about the holistic health benefits of age-appropriate exercise combined with healthy eating.
The Combat-Do team has excelled in MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai and has won multiple World Titles in each discipline.
