I have been taking Muay Thai training at Combat Athletics for 6 months and it has been great. My 8 year old son has been coming with me for the same time period and just this month has added BJJ classes. My wife is in the metabolic fitness program and loves it. Josh Stanley is a patient instructor with a great deal of experience to pass on. Colby Orr is the head BJJ instructor and is great with kids as well as adults.
