Combat Academy

The Combat Academy combines Self Defense Jujitsu with Military Combatives to give you the best chance to survive a violent attack. Techniques are easy to learn, easy to remember, and extremely effective. We train both gi and no gi. Instructor Russ St. Hilaire is a 7th degree Blackbelt in Jujitsu, and is a former US Army Hand-to-Hand Combat instructor with more than 35 years experience. Adult Mixed, Women Only, Kids.
