- Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) for Practical Self-Defense
Programs & Class Schedule
Daytime and Evening Classes on the Week Days and Weekends in:
Breathing Exercises and Meditations for Mind/Body Health and Mental Clarity and Focus (Chi Kung, Qigong, Nei Kung, Neigong)
Long Form (Ch'ang Tung Sheng Style - Great Grandmaster Chang's version of the Old Yang Style)
Complete Yang 108 Styles Push Hands (Tui Shou)
Traditional Yang Style Two-Person Sets (Da Lu) and Forms (San Shou)
Tai Chi Weapons - Forms and Fighting Techniques: Staff (chang gun), Saber (dao), Sword (jian), Spear (jiang), Short Staff (gun), Fan
Tai Chi striking (da), joint locking and pressure points (na), kicking (ti), and grappling/throws/takedowns (shuai) for practical self-defense.
Physical Conditioning (Kung)
Various forms of "sparring" for self-defense and fighting skills (Tui Shou, Man Da, Nian Shou, Rou Shou, Ying Bu, Man Da).
