My two children have been students at the Green Mountain campus for the last four years. We could not have made a better decision. Not only do they get a good work out and learn self defense, they look forward to class each week. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and positive role models. The focus is not only on martial arts, but helping them develop as people.
