Easily the best dojo in the Northeast

I currently attend classes at the dojo, and they are physically and mentally taxing, but to the right amount. I always leave the dojo feeling stronger than I was when walking in. The head instructor is great, as are all of the assistant instructors. I think it's great the the owner is also the head instructor. The place itself is in a very convenient location, and it is stocked with top of the line heavy bags, standing bags, and impact pads. This place is easily the best dojo in the Northeast.
