Clear Lake Iaido is for those who want to understand the physical, cultural and historical uses of the Japanese Katana. Teaching Movements and techniques that focus on getting the maximum amount of power for each cut.
Techniques are done solo and at your own pace so those of any age or physical background are able to perform them.
No high impact/contact for training.
