We are very impressed by the quality of the instructors, the organization of the dojo, and the art of the higher belts.

This is for whom ever is around or about Plano Texas or even to those who want a future in karate. A couple years ago my family and daughter decided to relocate from Las Vegas to Plano Texas so our daughter Gia Mazza would get excellent training from the top karate dojo in America. We had a pretty good idea of what to expect but once we made the move and settled in this dojo was beyond our dreams.

Not only were the instructors far beyond our imagination the karate family environment within the dojo is amazing!

The competition team is one of if not the best in the country. Our athletes are among the best in the USA and our Sensei is now the US National coach.

The facility has a gym for the parents to work out while their children are training. Our lounge area has been designed with couches, snacks, coffee machines and trophy cases as well as TV's

If you or your child are serious about learning integrity, self-discipline, self-defense that this karate dojo is for you.

My kids have been training Academy of Classical Karate for several years, and I am so appreciative of the training, the mentoring, the character of the leadership, the feeling of community, and the support that they provide to parents. They are so low-key and humble about the world-class athletes and coaches who are teaching our kids.

Academy of Classical Karate is equally good for the rambunctious kids and the type-A perfectionists. They inspire students to excellence in every area of their lives. The kids have a lot of fun, and it's great for them.

I've been a student of the Academy or Classical Karate for over 15 years. This dojo has changed my life and made me into a better person. There are not enough good things I can say about it.

I can not say enough good things about this Dojo! My grandson has been a student there for about ten years. He has learned so much from Sensei and the Black Belts who are there. He will be receiving his Black Belt this week. The Dojo has been a huge part of his life. They have given him a firm sense of who he is and how to achieve his goals. The Dojo is a major part of our family. Parents and grandparents becoming good friends while their children train. Join us at our Plano Dojo or our Mckinney Dojo. You will be very happy that you did.

I have been training here for a little over 3 years. All the instructors take the time to make sure they show the ways to improve technique. Not only is it a great work out, but students and parents in the programs are very welcoming. At this dojo there are multiple programs to offer. They really do care about your life goals and want to be a part of your success. I encourage everyone to come join in a class.

My son started with this dojo when he was 6 to help with ADHD issues, he is now almost 20. That many years in one place speaks volumes about the instructors and owners. It isn’t just a dojo, it is a family. The competition team was a lot of fun to be part of. The kids learn so much beyond karate.

PlanoDojo: My son has trained at the PlanoDojo since mid-January 2013. At the time, there were five martial arts studios within 3 miles of our home. This is the second one we visited, and the only one we joined. I’m so glad we did. When we signed up, I had no idea how much our lives were about to change, nor was I aware how big Karate really is, nationally and globally. We enjoyed watching my son train so much, that my wife took up the challenge and began training in 2014, and I started my journey in early 2015.

To date, my wife and I have both earned our purple belts, and my son has earned his Brown Belt. If you want to learn the Art of Karate, be around a group of dynamic people all striving to be better tomorrow than they were yesterday, learn skills to protect yourself, and earn a belt you can be proud of. Come to the dojo in Plano, or the one in McKinney. You’ll be glad you did!

We love this Dojo. From all the Sensei's, black belts and upper belt students I would not want better role models for my kids.

Great dojo and fun place to learn martial arts no matter what age you are. They have classes in karate, aikido and judo so great opportunities to cross train and learn from an experienced all black belt staff.
