The best place to learn traditional martial arts without gimmicks.

I trained their for a few years and was taught more then I could have imagined. Master Gary s. Josefik and all the instructors here are truly quality at its best for self defense and training, no games or hidden cost and a person earns what they attain. I would still be there if my family would not of had to relocate back to mid west due to family issues.
