Classes are too full and they combine to many belt classes together. If your looking to drop your child off for an expensive childcare hour, then you may like this organization. It is also difficult to rate the instuction level because it depends on which instructor you have as there are several. The staff would explain on several occasions that they were under staff and we also noticed three key instructors leave the organization in only a period of a year.
Thanks to sites like these, consumers have a voice. From this point forward, I am now researching company reviews online first before joining and losing valuable time and money.
Both of my kids are Black Belts now. One went all the way to 3rd Degree Black Belt and even competed; the other is a swimmer, but he learned it was important to finish what he started and went all the way to earn his Black Belt. ...took him almost a half-year longer than his sibling, but he did it. The teaching staff varies, and each instructor has their own strengths: one is better with technique, one better with the creative side and weapons; one is better with sparring and "old school" martial arts. Not sure? They have always been willing to let your child (or YOU?) try the classes for a week if you don't think you'll enjoy it. Even will refund your enrollment fees if you change you mind the first few weeks. Maybe your child will like it (my older one loved it), or maybe they may not be so keen on it (like my younger) - but it was good physical and mental exercise for both of them; and I believe it made them better at school as well!
