Master Chris and Master Josh are very intelligent instructors who work well with young kids as well as teens and adults. Both men are accomplished fighters but take the time to deliver hands on instruction. This is not a McDojo, but a family oriented dojo with emphasis on personal development.

It is a great school it teaches you self defense and a bunch of other things. I am a first degree red belt there. I would provide this school to anyone who would like karate. Even if you are unsure about it try it out you never know what could happen! I have been training with master Chris Benoit for over a year and a half it is excellent! Master Chris Benoit has his own website with the address and a bunch of other things.

I just started my 5 year old daughter here after receiving a recommenda​tion from an adult student here, and I am very impressed how wonderful this place is with children and how much they interact with the children. I brought my child to another karate place for the past year teaching TKD and after my contract ran out, and my child hated going for a year, I was leery about another karate contract. The instructor​s at Chris Benoit Karate care about your child learning the correct forms and they are teaching the children Korean commands, I am so impressed.​ My child looks forward to going here. I give my personal recommenda​tion to anyone looking for superior karate instructio​n.
