I have been taking kickboxing here for about a month now and I love this place. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a very family style atmosphere to the studio which makes is a wonderful place for the whole family. The kickboxing work out are fun and energizing. I actually look forward to work out days!!

I have been taking kickboxing classes for a few weeks now and my son has been doing karate for 3 months and we both love every moment. The instructors are wonderful and have helped both my son and I to focus on self esteem, disepline, and exercising both our mind and our bodies. And in the few weeks that I have been taking kickboxing I have more energy and slimmed down. My son has also been able to focus more inn is classes and his grades and self esteem has greatly increased.I am happy we found Choes and look forward to the month and or years to follow as we both continue on paths to better health and mobility.

Love this place! My son has been a student of Choe's Hapkido for nearly 2 years. I signed him up just as he was turning 3 with a goal to teach him focus while exercising out some of his excess energy. I couldn't have picked a better place. All of the instructors are amazing with the kids and and really keep them motivated. After watching my son practice for a year i signed myself up for classes. Initially it was just so my son could attend the family classes but i found it was one of the best decisions i have made. Being that i am very out of shape and i have a few health issues it causes me to have a lot of physical limitations and i was very timid to sign up thinking i would not be able to do it. The instructor works with me and is very sensitive to my needs and adjusts the workout to best suit my current abilities and motivates me to strive to the next level. I feel better about myself emotionally and physically each time i leave there. In just a short time my back pain disappeared and i have a ton more energy. Not to mention the self defense moves actually work! It is very empowering for someone like me to know i can take down someone twice my size with very little effort. I look forward to class each night as it completely distresses me after a long tough day at work. The other students are just the nicest bunch of people you could meet. All shapes, sizes, skill level and ages. It is a place where i can work out with my son instead of putting him in a daycare while i work out and they are constantly offering more to the program. Since i have been there, in addition to Hapkido, they also offer kickboxing and now Zumba. Something for everyone. I highly recommend.
