I take kickboxing classes at Choe's. My kids are older and pretty self-sufficient so I decided that I needed to take some 'me' time. The gym has never been my scene and I wanted something different, so I decided on kickboxing- why not, right? Well, I took advantage of an online promotion and set up a class with Sandra. After nearly 10 years of sitting behind a desk lets just say it was eye opening how out of shape I was, but I kept coming back. After 5 classes I didn't want to stop. Even my kids noticed a change in my mood and my energy level. The instructors are dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. If you want to make a change and want to move beyond a gym routine, then try Choe's.
