The Real Deal

Such a great martial arts school. Sifu Binh Nguyen, the owner and head instructor, is the real deal. Highly trained, 2 black belts in kung fu and wushu, national and international awards, outstanding instruction for children age 4 through adults. He is a patient and challenging teacher, and a man of enormous integrity who cares deeply about the tradition of kung fu, being the best teacher he can be, and being a community resource. Our 10 year old daughter started taking classes at the academy 8 months ago. We were so impressed by Sifu Binh and our daughter was having so much fun, that my husband and I decided to join the adult kung fu class. Joining this class has changed our lives. It's outstanding exercise, great strength training, challenging and it's fun too. Then our 13 year old daughter started taking classes to increase her strength for distance running. We cannot recommend this school enough for people of all ages- little kids through adults.
