A great school! Professor Monsivaiz teaches Kenpo but also will take the time to take for example your stance, ask if it feels comfortable, then say throw a front kick. Then ask the obvious did that feel strong natural well balanced, when you say no he says that's because you need the bring your stance in. Now try it. He asks how did that feel? Stronger more stable comfortable? The answer is yes and boom light-bulb! Great instruction.
