Have been training at the school for almost ten years, nothing but great times and instruction.
If you are seeking to gain personal defense skills, develop your current strengths, and build upon your weaknesses, then CHKA is a great place where to start. At CHKA it goes beyond the martial arts, it is also about self-discovery and self-discipline.
