Chicago Karate Club is a traditional shotokan karate school and a member of the Japan Karate Association of Tokyo. We offer classes to students age 12 and up. Training is rigorous, and imbued with tradition. We pay great attention to formal technique as embodied by kata and sparring is introduced slowly, and managed by the instructor.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Chicago Karate Club:
Schedule:
Mondays 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. (adv. beg/intermed)
Thursdays 6:00 - 7:15 p.m. (beginner). 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. (adv. beg/intermed)
A third day of class will be added shortly.
