Chicago Aikido Club
Chicago Aikido Club (CAC) is a community-focused aikido dojo dedicated to the free and creative exploration of aikido in all its aspects – martial, physical and spiritual. Instruction is led by senior club members in rotation, encouraging participants in classes to develop their own insights into the challenges offered by this unique martial art.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Chicago Aikido Club:
- Aikikai style aikido
- Aikido Schools of Ueshiba (ASU)
Programs & Class Schedule
Sundays 11:30-1:00pm
Focus on centering and feeling with some technical application.
Mondays 6:00-7:30pm
Focus on martial techniques and exercises
Fridays 6:00-7:30pm
Focus on martial techniques and exercises
All classes open to students of any level (including beginners)
Recommended for ages 13 and up
