I thoroughly enjoy being apart of the Chi Kwang Do Family in Lilburn, GA. From the moment you walk into the doors of the school you are welcomed into a warm and inviting atmosphere. The instructors are excellent! They take the time and attention necessary for the children to learn the techniques of the martial art along with offering them a place to have fun and burn energy. For the Adult program, they provide well executed instruction with outstanding skill and precision. They take the time to ensure the Adults of the class get a strong work out and obtain a great respect for the Art. I am so very happy I and my family take the classes offered at this school. It not only offers us a great place to train. It also offers us a unique means for us to bond as a family.

I recently joined Chi Kwang Do in their adult program and have begun loving the sport all over again.

The instructors are very hands on and will make sure you break into a sweat before the end of the session.

They will aid and guide you through each move, making sure you have a through understanding of the technique. You will never be left in a corner.

Sessions can get intense and real world senarios are incorporated into them. If this is what you are looking for, then this is the school for you!
