As the name suggests, this is a traditional school, decorated in the Eastern style. The master instructor has excellent technique, and encourages his students to strive to be their best in all aspects of their lives, not just physically or in the dojang, but mentally (and spiritually, if they are interested) too. I started training in 2007 at the age 35, and I am healthier, fitter, and more capable now than I ever was as a younger woman.
