Changing Lives Martial Arts in Virginia Beach is an excellent Dojo to train at. My family and I did not know what to expect when we walked in, particularly with the wide age range that makes up our family unit. From the moment we signed up for classes we felt we had found "family" to teach and instruct us of the ways of Taekwondo and Krav Maga. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and personable but the other students as well. My entire family looks forward to our training days and with the service and dedication of CLMA, we will be students for as long as we are in VAB.
