Kids martial arts classes are great

Very hands on with the instruction, classes are three days a week a hour each class, my son has retained the instruction like a champ. Def recommend taking your young one here. I've never seen an adult class at chae's but in sure it's just as good.
I took my grandson here several years ago. He was an angry child but with the help of this Dojo, he learned a new discipline which helped him control his anger and his school grades improved as well. While they demand respect in their class, you realize the teachers love the students and help them beyond measure. He went on to get his first black belt. While this Dojo is small the results are incredible.
