I've been an adult student at CFKA for over 3 years, and absolutely love it! Master Hill has a real talent for teaching students of all ages and all abilities. I really like the traditional aspects of training, mixed in with modern life self defense. The balance of discipline and fun is great. Come try a free class, you won't be disappointed.
Master Hill (Eric) and Ms Hill (Melissa) are AMAZING with the kids - I'm so blown away by how far all of their students have progressed - both physically and mentally.
This has been such a positive in my son's world. He's been studying with them for 5 years and the focus level and discipline he has acquired there has definitely carried over to other sports and school.
Unlike most other Martial Arts schools - there are no lengthy contracts, etc. They allow students to come in and try class for free to see if it's something they like. And then it's month to month - so if you get in and 3 months later you don't like it - you're not stuck. The tuition is very reasonable and there are discounts for siblings.
Highly recommended!!!
