If you're interested in learning an effective self-defense system, than this is the place to get it, and Sifu McKinnon's no nonsense approach will drill the basic fundamentals of practical self-defense into you, no matter how dense or soft you might be. I've been learning from him for over a decade, and I'm still gaining new insights him. He is relentless in the pursuit of revising the art of Wing Chun Kuen into a contemporary martial art that is an effective self-defense system which is practical in our contemporary urban environment.
