Catron's Chung Do Kwan teaches a traditional approach to Tae Kwon Do. The instruction is top notch. With classes available 6 days a week and very reasonable prices compared to other martial art schools you can't go wrong with this school.
A welcoming environment with students of all ages and ability levels training together. An excellent balance of challenge and support.
