I have been attending the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for awhile now. I am no young pup and was not sure whether to try this or not. I am very glad that I did. This is a great workout, the technique and instruction is very challenging in a positive way, and it is fun. I have already learned a lot while doing this. Alan has been a very big help and very inspiring to me from the beginning and the more experienced practitioners have been a lot of help as well. I am very content that I decided to train and that I chose Carlson Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I've known Alan for over 10 years and can attest to his time in the sport. He has trained with a long who's who list of BJJ black belts both in Brazil and in the U.S.

He is patient, approachable, drama free, and always had a keen ability to break things down so they could be easy to understand. If you are looking for a gym to train at in Indianapolis then look no further, this is the place to be!!

Love this school. Classes are run very organized, a lot of personal attention and an overall great vibe. I highly recommend for anyone wishing to train BJJ in the Greenwood or Indianapolis area.
