I have been there for a short period of time and have learned a lot. A lot of fun, good quality instructors that are very patient with me and an excellent atmosphere that makes me feel at home.
This is a great place to learn the correct techniques for all sorts of martial arts including kyukushin - the best all around form. Teachers are excellent and they have kid classes too. There is also an excellent bootcamp.
