Our dedicated instructors have decades of intensive martial arts experience and will get your blood pumping while you learn in a safe and friendly atmosphere.
Our Adult Mixed Martial Arts program is deep-rooted in Kyokushin karate and Jujitsu. We focus on what each member needs to help them succeed. People who train at Cappa Martial arts learn more than how to defend themselves, they learn OSU!, a bushido attitude of never giving up and pushing themselves until they have to stop...then push more.
Our Kids martial arts program emphasizes the physical movements of Kyokushin karate and Jujitsu which help to build coordination and confidence. We focus on what each child needs to help them succeed in life. It is a fact that children who train in martial arts programs learn more than how to defend themselves and aside from martial arts techniques, your children will also learn:

Learn to avoid the use of four letter words such as Won’t, Don’t and Can’t
