Raizes do Brasil Capoeira offers classes for both adults & children.
Capoeira is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to a unique blend of martial arts, music, culture and camaraderie. People of all ages can benefit from the fun and friendly atmosphere that not only provides a challenging aerobic and acrobatic workout, but helps develop confidence and self esteem. Capoeira involves movement utilizing the entire body developing strength, coordination and flexibility.

Adult Classes
Monday 6-7:30
Tuesday 6-7:30pm
Wednesday 6-7:30pm
Thursday 7:30-9pm
Friday FLOREIOS CLASS: 6-7pm
Kids Classes
Monday 5-6pm
Wednesday 5-6pm
All classes are currently held at 207 McPherson St. Suite A Santa Cruz, CA 95060 (on the westside of Santa Cruz).
