It is considered one of the top all-around strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercises and training is geared toward all ages and athletic levels.

About Us
Our goal at Capoeira Brazilian Pelourinho (CBP) is to continue the traditions and culture of Capoeira. Classes at CBP exercise not only the body but also the mind as well. History, music, culture, and language are taught from the very first class, creating a balance between physical strength and mental power. Classes are taught under the direction of Mestre Lazaro Santos, the only Mestre in Central FL, who has been apart of the Orlando community for over 17 years. We have a flexible schedule offering classes for children, teens, and adults six days a week.
