Its a family feel every one pushes each other , there is a variety of diff classes available the instructors have great credentials , 2 bjj blackbelts 4 judo blackbelts national champion wrestling coach former pro boxing and kickboxing coaches current pro mma fighters and with up to 40 guys on any given night it doesnt get anybetter than that

This is a no b.s. Dojo, once training starts they warm up, then get into ins ruction and practice. It is fast paced and challenging I would recommend this gym for anyone that is committed to getting in shape and learning bjj and mm
This is a great gym which is very welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Knowledgeable instructors that promote a positive training atmosphere!
