Reviews of CageworX Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA

My name is Sophie and I am a 12 year old girl. I learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at CageworX! In my opinion I believe that this place is super awesome and so are the coaches! Also I have learned ALOT, like the O-Goshi or Hip Toss and how to do an Uchi-Mata. CageworX also has lots of great equipment and is super clean and fun!

My experience with CageworX traversed from, initially, just a place to get some exercise and work on some physical therapy to a "second family" that I feel honored to be a part of. Management and the instructors have spent the time and resources to "do it right"; no corners cut. The guys and girls and kids who train are welcoming and have a vested interest in helping each other get better in all aspects of their lives. When you leave the gym, you know your teammates and coaches are still there for you. Such a great group of people to affiliate myself with. Come join us!

Cageworx is a great place to come and learn. The opportunity for quality exercise is only improved by the quality of the students. It has a family feel with people helping each other to learn and improve their skills.

As the staff increases, the availablitiy for classes also increases. Recently added Yoga is great for those that do not see the fighting arts in their future but still appreciate the activity.

I would highly recommend Cagworx to anyone who has had any interest in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing ect. It's a great environment for those with no experience or those highly experienced.

I've found CageWorx to be different that what I had anticipated - it's much more than an MMA facility. It's a family friendly gym with professional instructors that welcome you in, regardless of your skill level. They have highly trained instructors that make you feel a part of the team instantly and will spend extra, quality time with you if needed. I enjoy the workout equipment, the people and appreciate the cleaniness of the gym. It's a real "team" atmosphere and would recommend CageWorx to anyone - young and old alike.

Upon entering CageworX I was pleasantly surpised by the inviting environment and people that I encountered! They just had a really great group of people and I learned ALOT from the coaches there. The coaches were very professional and they knew their stuff. I would recommend CageworX to anybody! And it doesn't matter if you have any experience or not, everybody there is happy to work with you. And it was just FUN!
