CTA – Rockwall is a proud member of the Caio Terra Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association and Rockwall’s Premier Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy! Following the curriculum developed by 7-time world champion Caio Terra, it is our mission to build champions on and off the mat. We humbly invite you to come in and see all that we have to offer.

Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu Program
Fundamental Jiu-Jitsu is the official beginner program of all CTA Academies. In this program, students will learn the concepts, techniques and essential movements that will help them establish a solid foundation. The class structure and curriculum were personally designed by 7-time world champion Caio Terra to ensure that every student is on the right path. What you learn in this program is exactly what Caio uses in his own academy and has produced many national and world champions! Whether your goal is to get in shape, learn self defense or you want to be a world champion, this class is the first place to start! No games, No excuses, just solid Jiu-Jitsu.
Advanced Jiu-Jitsu Program
The Advanced Jiu-Jitsu Program is designed with the experienced practitioner in mind. This program will define the path to Black Belt and will expand on concepts learned in the Fundamentals Program. This class consists of drilling moves and rolling (live training). Although it’s designed for people with more experience, we encourage the beginners to do this class as well as the Fundamentals Class. This class will help you improve your competition game with advanced techniques. The use of a Gi is mandatory in this class.
Advanced Jiu-Jitsu will begin with a 10-15 minute warm-up, followed by the instruction and drilling of technique and concluded with live training. This class is at least an hour and a half long.
