much like traveling, the best places are often obscure and hard to find

I was looking for a martial arts school for my my and my family to train together, for what real life may throw at us. Things are getting bad, I'm concerned about my children, we needed a place to teach us techniques that reach beyond the class room. let's face it,no 3 year old can really disable a grown man like you see on the kids classes. My kids lives are not a game, I have military service and know what a real fight is like. It's not "a poke in the eye" solve everything
This school has a no BS approach to self defense and tactical applications. As the title suggests, it's not a school for competitors or trophy hunters. I was impressed at the amount of knowledge here. I've been in martial arts schools since the 60's. It was different back then, much different. This school brings me back to the old days of personal values over money.
