The history of our school is intertwined with the history of Shotokan itself. Bushido Karate Shotokan is owned and operated by Sensei Juan Manuel Rodriguez, whose training links back to Sensei Funakoshi, the founder of Shotokan karate.
Bushido Karate Shotokan & Fitness is the culmination of his love for the sport and of over 30 years of martial arts experience.
Our mission is simple but of great importance:
We aim to help people reach their highest potential of both body and mind. We want each and every student, from 3 to 99 years of age, to leave each class feeling good about themselves, and with the confidence they need to tackle life’s challenges.
