Shihan Mehrkar continues his 30+ years of superior traditional karate instruction in our spacious and clean 3-training-mat dojo conveniently located on Route 119 in White Plains.

From toddlers to teens and adolescents to adults, our exciting and motivating "old school" style of teaching is heavy on discipline and the tradition found in Kyokushin Karate. We added grappling and ground fighting to our curriculum to further educate our students with practical and effective self-defense skills.

Programs & Class Schedule

Our traditional karate classes are separated by age and skill level. Every new student starts in our Beginner Program where the foundation is built for further advancement. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday with children's classes beginning between 4:45 and 6:00 p.m. and Teens and Adult Classes start at 7:00 p.m. You van check out a full schedule of classes on our website at http://www.bushidokarate.com/bushidokarateschedule.html
