They treat you with respect if you have their fee, bottom line. A few years ago Bushido was OK but everyone could see the growing problems. Rick was forced to to cut the best/paid instructors and is now using his son to float the business. That would not be a problem if his son was quailfied. If you want professional service go elsewhere.

So many things have changed here over the years, and it's only for the positive. Rick Hall's son is the chief instructor now and I stopped by to watch a class and I am truly amazed at the professionalism and energy of his instruction. I am not a student right now, but I soon will be because when he talked I just felt amazing!

I recently started taking the adult classes @ Rick Hall's Bushido Academy and immediately felt better about myself, both physically and mentally. Thank you to Sensei Hall and Sensei Breward as well as the advanced students who help out during the classes. I feel like a part of a team or large family when at the Dojo and love the way everyone helps each other and the respect shown to all. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to enroll themselves and their family. It is a great place and I wish I had started earlier in life.

Always neat and tidy. They always come out to class knowing what they teach and teach it at a extremely high energy pace. I love when we do Jiu-jitsu training!

It is a shame to see negative reviews?!? I don't know anyone who attends here to dislike it. I have been attending for roughly two years now after I was invited by my neighbor to come try class with her. This place has changed my life, and also has affected my whole family in such a wonderful way! High energy classes, professoinal staff/instructors, and a group (family) of fellow students.
Once again I don't see how someone could have written a sour review on the school, well I guess the proof is in the pudding stop by and check them out :]

DON'T TRAIN AT THIS SCHOOL YOU WILL LEARN MORE FROM A VIDEO. DON'T SIGN A CONTRACT OR YOU WILL BE SORRY. THE BLACK BELT PROGRAM AND WEAPONS ARE A JOKE. THE DEMO TEAM IS ALSO BACK CHECK THEM OUT ON YOUTUBE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. WHY TRAIN AT A SCHOOL THAT JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS FOR MARTIAL ARTS SCHOOLS SO DON'T PICK BUSHIDO KARATE ACADEMY.

I paid more over $700.00 for my son in this Bushido Academy, and it was a waste of time. 30 minutes classes, the first 15 minutes they were teaching him how to say the ABC and how to count...Come on, my son was 5 years old and I took him there to learn discipline and self defense not to learn what he already know, He can speak in 3 languages and they want to teach him the ABC. Waste of time and lots money...The instructors don't take class seriously, I think because they are to young...I hate it Tae Kwon Do, but I transfer him to a Tae Kwon Do academy, and they really teach him what he have to learn...Don't waste money in this Bushido thing and do some research about other places, talk to a real instructor before signing any papers and take your kids to a free day of regular classes with the other students, but really don't waste time and money here..
If you are a customer expect an attempt to use the parents against each other like a used car sales approach to keep the contract. This is more make money for the owner and not a real institution for instruction. Lame
