Buffalo Grove Martial Arts is a state of the art training facility in its own 11,400 square foot facility. the training center offers a safe and friendly environment for all students. Buffalo Grove Martial Arts provides over 5,000 square feet of continuous padded flooring spread over three separate training areas that give the proper space for the students training needs. Unobstructed views of the classrooms to allow viewing of the classes during instruction.
Buffalo Grove Martial Arts also offers a weight training and stretching area for those registered students who would like to work on strength training as well as some extra flexibility training before or after their scheduled training classes. Changing areas as well as a spacious lobby, children's play area and vending area are also available for those who are waiting for their classes to start or their family members to finish their classes.
Buffalo Grove Martial Arts is located near the Target, Sam's Club, Wal-Mart and other conveniences on Lake Cook Road in Buffalo Grove. Parking is available in our adjacent parking lot. Extra parking is available.
