Goed voor weerbaarheid, conditie, kracht, lenigheid, coördinatie en uithoudingsvermogen en vooral leuk om te doen!
Tijdens trainingen worden naast de fysieke competenties ook mentale eigenschappen als durf, doorzettingsvermogen, zelfstandigheid, zelfdiscipline, tolerantie, incasseringsvermogen en mentale kracht ontwikkeld.
