Programs & Class Schedule
Classes
We have classes Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
In addition to learning Kenpo, upon request we offer the basics of various traditional weapons:
- katana (sword) - sticks (escrima)
- staff - tonfa
- sai - nunchaku
On Wednesday and Friday, we have free style sparring from 7:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m., all belt levels, white to black.
Classes are currently offered as private instruction, two classes per week, 30 minutes each.
