Recommend this to all adults seeking to learn practical self defense techniques that can be used during these modern times. This is not a sport. It is real and effective. Essential for self protection. Grand Master Medina is a wonderful instructor that breaks everything down with great explanations making it very easy to learn. The other black belts/assistant instructors are also very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. A great group of people in an inviting environment making it conducive to learning!
