Great place to learn BJJ

Excellent instruction, not only for competitive BJJ but also for self-defense applications. The program of instruction is very well laid out and systematic in the learning process. One position is concentrated on for at least a week and drilled during the class also. " Free rolling" is reserved to the open mat sessions. I could not ask for anything better in instructors, facilities or course material!
